Over the 14 – week program, participants gained versatility and high level skills, preparing them to excel in creating innovative solutions to current issues in various industry sectors, and to face new challenges in the field of programming.

The second bootcamp focused on Productive Office Automation, which also focused on the real-life application of digital office software, providing participants with needed and sought after employment skills.

In the words of one participant “As a woman, I feel that it is quite challenging to be in a technological area. The truth is that I am very grateful that these opportunities are given to facilitate this knowledge, and also to provide the opportunity, not only of this knowledge, but also to provide women with this figure of empowerment in the technological area….My aspiration with this knowledge in the Bootcamp is to become a developer, so these are my goals and my aspirations.”

Several graduates have already found employment in technology companies and local startups, contributing to the growth of the digital ecosystem of El Salvador.
