When Ximena Alvarado joined the Digital Design and Marketing Strategies Bootcamp offered by CONEXION El Salvador, she never imagined her passion could transform into a thriving business.
CONEXION El Salvador, an organization dedicated to social and economic transformation through innovative use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), launched this boot camp to strengthen local young entrepreneurs.
Over 10 intensive weeks, Ximena and other participants gained essential tools to grow their businesses in areas such as craftsmanship, eco-friendly pot production, and event planning.
With guidance from expert mentors, they learned to:
- Design effective digital strategies
- Create visually appealing content
- Take professional-grade photographs
- Develop impactful marketing campaigns
These skills significantly enhanced the visibility of their brands on social media and deepened their connection with customers.
“This boot camp gave me the tools to position my brand and attract more clients. Now, I feel confident I can take my business to the next level,” says Ximena enthusiastically.
This initiative is part of a broader project by CONEXION El Salvador, targeting youth in vulnerable educational situations. Its goal is to provide intensive training programs lasting two to three months, equipping participants with practical skills crucial for employment and entrepreneurship.
